I started reading The Kane Chronicles a while back, and I just had to draw Anubis (in both human and jackal form) didn’t I? It was inevitable really, he’s so cute <3 Especially with the head tilting, which I also had to draw. I think he looks a bit young here, but oh well. It just adds to his cuteness :3
Also, Anubis headcanon time!
He sometimes carries stuff around in his mouth in jackal form, then forgets it's there when he turns back into human form, so he walks around as a human with stuff in his mouth. Sometimes he'll try to speak and it'll drop to the floor, making him jump C:

HE'S CUTE!!!
I was introduced to these books by a friend, and took mine with me while going on vacation.
When I came across a part that made me laugh, I would share it with my cousin who was my age.
When I finished the book my uncle took me to the library to get the second one, and I let my cousin read the first, so both of us sat on the couch, me reading the second, and her reading the first.
HANG IN THERE THERE IS A POINT TO THIS STORY.

My cousin looked up from her book, turned to me and said. "Your legs have gone into vibrate mode, It's Anubis isn't it!?!?"
LOL so yeah, I got a lot of love for this boy, and you did a wonderful job of drawing him!!! Both human and Jackal are adorable!
